7:00pm: Annual Business - 2010 Budget
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. Only three residents were in attendance. Votes for the 2010
Budget were tallied, and it was determined that only 62 ballots had been submitted to the Board. By law
we need 72 to pass the Budget.
The Board has been diligently sending emails, knocking on doors and calling homeowners, in an attempt
to collect the required amount of votes. Presently, we are 2 short; however, as soon as those have been
received, the Board will officially certify and pass the 2010 Budget.
Discussion continued regarding certain line items in the Budget, as well as issues pertaining to sprinklers,
tree trimming around particular units, and rodents that have been found in a couple of units.
