Delray Oaks Condominium Association, Inc. agrees to rent the Clubhouse if the renting unit owner
agrees as follows:
Renting unit owner has agreed that he/she will be present at the function and will remain present for the
full duration of the function.
If over fifty (50) persons are to attend an event, the service of The Delray Beach Police Department must
be provided, at the renting unit owner’s expense, for the full duration of the event. Arrangements for
such services are to be made through the Condominium Office at 561-272-5240.
Host/Hostess (applicant) has read and agrees to the “Clubhouse Use Regulations” attached and made a
part of this agreement. Host/Hostess agrees to post a $100 deposit to assure compliance with those
regulations. The charge for the social function is $100.
RENTAL OF THE CLUBHOUSE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE USE OF THE POOL OR THE POOL DECK
AREA.
The two (2) separate checks, one for the $100 deposit and the second for the $100, must come from the
“Unit Owner”. Checks are to be made payable to Delray Oaks Condominium Association, Inc. and must
reach the office ten (10) days prior to your reservation. The $100 deposit will be returned within seven
(7) business days after an inspection has been made of the clubhouse. The Host/Hostess agrees that if
damages are in excess of the deposit, the Host/Hostess will forfeit the deposit and pay the cost of any
and all damages.
I hereby acknowledge receipt of a copy of the clubhouse rules.
